Senior Affordable Independent Living

  • We support seniors and veterans who need stable, affordable independent living options.

  • Services may include:

    • resident support

    • transportation coordination

    • referrals to benefits and healthcare partners.

The Thrift Store Program exists to:

our company

Anchor Point Homes, Inc. (APH) is a North Carolina nonprofit focused on increasing access to safe, affordable, lease-based housing for three priority groups: (1) women who have left an abusive relationship and are seeking safe, affordable housing; and (2) working and retired seniors needing affordable independent living (non-medical, non-assisted living) and (3) our retired veterans (non-medical, non-assisted living. APH strengthens long-term sustainability through a nonprofit thrift store social enterprise that reinvests proceeds into housing operations.
